Why 10 days: an authorised-dealer repair on a home fridge usually takes about 7–8 working days from the service call to the fix, so 10 days covers the wait with a little to spare — and if yours comes back sooner, you get the unused days back.
What you get
A working two-door fridge, 200–350L, fridge on top of freezer, cleaned and tested. Brand and exact size are whatever is available that day — first come, first served. Every unit comes from the fleet we rent to Singapore's events and F&B, and if a fridge fails during your hire we swap it, not argue about it.
How it works
- WhatsApp us your address and whether there is lift access. We reply with the earliest slot — usually today.
- PayNow $470 ($320 rental + $150 deposit). We do not send the fridge out until it is in.
- We deliver, position and switch on. Give it two hours to pull down to temperature before loading it.
- Tell us when your own fridge is fixed. We collect, check the fridge, and PayNow your $150 deposit back on the spot — plus $5 for each unused day if you finish early.
Where we deliver
Singapore mainland only — HDB, condominium and landed homes are all fine. Sentosa and Jurong Island are excluded. If your building will not take a lorry — a height-limited carpark, or a condominium that only allows vans — we send a van instead at no extra charge. Tell us the building when you message and we will match the vehicle to it.
- Homes only. Not available for shops, offices, F&B or any commercial use or space — for that, see our event and commercial rental.
- Lift access or ground floor. We do not carry fridges up steps or stairs.
- No lift padding or floor protection. If your condo management requires it, you arrange and provide it for both the delivery and the collection.
- One fridge per booking, subject to availability, first come first served.
Payment
Terms
- The fridge remains the property of AANRS and is hired, not sold. Keep it indoors, on a level floor, and do not move it to another address.
- The deposit is refunded in full when the fridge comes back clean and undamaged, fair wear excepted. Where a deduction is made we tell you the amount and the reason and refund the balance.
- Give us a day's notice for collection so we can book the slot.
- Where the building or its management (MCST) requires lift padding or other lift protection, or floor protection along the delivery route, the Customer arranges and provides it, for both the delivery and the collection. AANRS does not supply lift or floor protection.
- The Customer arranges any lift booking, access clearance or notice to the building management or security that the delivery and collection slots require.
Payment in full is due before delivery. Overdue amounts carry simple interest at 2% per month, prorated on a daily basis on the overdue principal (not compounded), and you agree to reimburse our reasonable costs of recovering them, including debt collection agency fees and legal costs.
Payment of any amount under this document — including a deposit, booking or reservation fee or part payment — or taking delivery of the equipment before payment in full, constitutes acceptance of the quotation and of our Terms & Conditions of Hire as in force on that date.
